These terms and conditions apply to any photography or videography services booked through Skyview London ("we", "us", "our"). By booking a service with us, you ("the client") agree to these terms.
We provide aerial photography and videography services, including but not limited to real estate, landmarks, architecture, land surveys, sports and recreation, and weddings and proposals. All flights are operated in compliance with UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations.
Enquiries are made via our website or by email. A quote is provided based on the details supplied.
A booking is confirmed once a date and time have been mutually agreed by both parties. A deposit is also required to secure the booking — see Section 4 for details.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due prior to final delivery of your images and/or footage.
The client is responsible for ensuring we have lawful access to the site and permission from the relevant landowner or occupier to fly over and photograph it.
Where a site falls within airspace specifically restricted by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), obtaining the necessary permission to fly is Skyview London's responsibility, as these applications require our own operator registration and details. Any costs incurred in obtaining this permission will be passed on to the client.
We reserve the right to decline or abort a flight where site access, landowner permission, or CAA clearance is not in place, or where it is not otherwise safe or legal to fly.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Skyview London retains copyright ownership of all images and footage captured. Clients are granted a licence to use delivered images and footage for the purpose agreed at booking — for example, marketing a property, personal use, or a wedding.
We reserve the right to use images and footage from any shoot in our own portfolio, website, and social media, unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the shoot.
Edited images and footage are typically delivered within 48–72 hours of the flight, depending on the size of the job. File formats and approximate file sizes are detailed on our FAQ page.
We hold full Public Liability Insurance. While we take all reasonable care, we are not liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather, equipment failure, or restrictions imposed by airspace authorities.
Our liability in connection with any booking is limited to the value of the fee paid for that booking.
We're happy to discuss custom requests, editing of footage you already have, and printing services such as posters and canvases, on a case-by-case basis — get in touch to discuss.
